* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

David Bruggeman
David Virgil Bruggeman, 56, 503 Woodview Dr., Coldwater, died at 4:15 a.m. May 8, 2010, at his home.
He was born June 18, 1953, in Coldwater, to Virgil and Doris Barhorst Bruggeman. His mother survives in Maria Stein; his father is deceased. On May 4, 1973, he married Dorothy Siegrist, who survives in Coldwater.
Also surviving are six children, Melissa (Ryan) Holley, Monroe, Ind., Chad (Nicole) Bruggeman, Milford, Jennifer Bruggeman, Columbus, Leslie (James) Foster, Anderson, Ind., Jared Bruggemen, Dayton, and Nathan Bruggemen, Coldwater; a mother-in-law, Dolores Siegrist, Fort Recovery; six siblings, Robert (Becky) Bruggeman, Greencastle, Ind., Janet (Bob) Borgerding, St. Henry, Michael (Peg) Bruggeman, St. Henry, Phyllis (Rick) Rammel, Coldwater, Rita (Dave) Pederson, Maria Stein, and Lois (Mark) Bensman, New Bremen; and nine grandchildren.
Deceased are a father-in-law, Ivo Siegrist; a brother, Ronald Bruggeman, and a brother-in-law, Joe Prenger.
He worked at the former Mersman Plant in Celina and most recently at R&R Fabrications in St. Henry. He was a member of Coldwater Eagles and former member of Coldwater EMS.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Coldwater, the Rev. Barry Stechshulte officiating. Burial is at St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Coldwater.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
Memorials can be made to State of the Heart Hospice or the Cancer Association of Mercer County.
