* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Elsie Shoup
Former Fort Recovery native Elsie W. Shoup, 97, 26221 Fifth Ave. North East B, Arlington, Wash., died May 2, 2010, at her home.
She was born Aug. 14, 1912, in Fort Recovery, to William H. and Josephine Rabe Moorman. On June 29, 1937, she married George "Fletcher" Shoup, who died Jan. 15, 1999.
Surviving are a son, Paul F. (DiAnne) Shoup, Camano Island, Wash.; a daughter, Elaine M. Moore, Franklin, Tenn.; seven grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Harry Moorman.
She taught school in Detroit, Mich., and Oak Harbor. She was a graduate of the former Washington Township High School and a 1936 graduate of Capital University in Columbus with a degree in education. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Coldwater.
Services are 2 p.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Charles Boomhower officiating. Burial is at Spring Hill Cemetery in Fort Recovery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home in Fort Recovery and 1-2 p.m. Saturday at the church.
