* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Alvina Buehler

Alvina Frances Severt Buehler, 93, Hawthorne Village Nursing Home, Ocala, Fla., died at 11:30 a.m. May 3, 2010, at the nursing home.

She was born March 26, 1917, in St. Henry, to Anthony Herman and Catherine Ann Puthoff Severt. She married Walter John Buehler, who is deceased.

Surviving are two daughters, Betty Jane (Tom) Peters, Tipp City, and Kathryn Ann (Dan) Donegan, Morriston, Fla.; two sons, John Edward (Janet) Buehler, Madisonville, Tenn., and William Lewis (Kelly) Buehler, Ocala, Fla.; a sister, Irma Rammel, Englewood; 18 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

Deceased are a son, James George Buehler: a daughter-in-law, Maxine Buehler; and a granddaughter.

Funeral Mass is 9 a.m. Saturday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Okeechobee, Fla. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Okeechobee.

Calling is 4-7 p.m. Friday at Buxton Funeral Home in Okeechobee.

Arrangements are being handled by Buxton Funeral Home and Crematory in Okeechobee.
