* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Roy L. Kantner
Roy L. Kantner, 89, Wapakoneta, died at 8:45 a.m. Feb. 7, 2010, at Wapakoneta Manor.
He was born April 10, 1920, in Auglaize County to Louis and Ida Derringer Kantner. On Nov. 15, 1945, he married Lois M. Henderson, who survives.
Other survivors are a daughter, Karen E. Abel, Rome, Ga.; a brother, Forest (Betty "Dimp") Kantner, Bluffton; three sisters, Helen Cummins, Wapakoneta and Faye Eley and Anna McKinley, all of Lima; a sister-in-law, Betty Kantner, Spencerville; six grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Deceased is a son-in-law, Charles Abel; a brother, Ned Kantner; three sisters, Berdeen, Dolores and Leona; and a great-grandson.
A farmer, he worked at Lima Ordinance Depot and later at Ametek Westchester Plastics, Wapakoneta. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, Wapakoneta, the Rev. Steve Nelson officiating. Burial is at Resthaven Memory Gardens, where military rites will be conducted by the Veterans of Foreign Wars of Wapakoneta.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
