* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Heinrichs
Robert Heinrichs, 81, 706 Eden Ave., Coldwater, died at midnight on Feb. 7, 2010, at his residence.
He was born Dec. 30, 1928, in Burkettsville to William and Ida Kothman Heinrichs. On Nov. 15, 1952, he married Lucille Wenning, who survives.
Other survivors are seven sons, Tim (Mary) Heinrichs and Jim (Brenda) Heinrichs, all of Celina, Mike (Theresa) Heinrichs and Rob (Karen) Heinrichs, all of Fort Recovery, Dave (Connie) Heinrichs and Doug Heinrichs, all of Coldwater, and Jeff (Julie) Heinrichs, Anna; four daughters, Kathy (Tom) Link, Peg (Tom) Brunswick, and Trish (Jeff) Obringer, all of Coldwater, and Jayne (Marvin) Kahlig, Portland, Ind.; a sister, Hilda Fisher, Celina; 35 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a sister, Stella Extrovich.
He was retired from the former New Idea Plant in Coldwater and worked at Heinrichs' Farm. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater. He was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles and American Legion, both in Coldwater.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Barry Stechschulte officiating. Burial is at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater, with American Legion of Coldwater conducting military rites.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
