* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Louis Kettler
Louis F. "Louie" Kettler, 71, of Wapakoneta, died at 2 a.m. Jan. 5, 2010, at Autumn Court, Ottawa.
He was born Aug. 11, 1938, in German Township, Auglaize County, to Raymond C. and Dorothy W. Brockman Kettler. On Aug. 13, 1966, he married Cora M. Pester, who survives.
Other survivors are two children, Jennifer (Chris) Henderson, Toledo, and Thomas R. Kettler, Hamilton; three sisters, Eunice (Herbert) Hay, Coldwater, Gloria Gross, St. Marys, and his twin, Louise Kettler, Wapakoneta; and a grandchild.
Deceased is a brother, Thomas Kettler; five sisters, Lucille Brandewie Bulpin, Norma Lampert, Virginia Heil, Jestine Kuck and Shirley Kettler.
He retired from District 7 of the Ohio Department of Transportation. A 1956 graduate of New Bremen High School, he was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church and a former member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, both of Wapakoneta.
Services are 11 a.m. Jan. 23 at the church, the Rev. Mark Bauer officiating. Burial information was not available at press time.
Calling is after 10 a.m. Jan. 23 at the church.
