* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mike Householder
Mike Householder, 62, of Bellefontaine, died Jan. 9, 2010, at Mary Rutan Hospital, Bellefontaine. Death was due to natural causes.
He was born July 9, 1947, in Union City, Ind., to Kenneth and Rosemary Peltier Householder. His mother survives in St. Marys. On Nov. 20, 1971, he married Judy Gordon, who also survives.
Other survivors are five children, Todd (Becky) Householder, Troy, Tina (Jeremy) Burrey, Kevin Householder and Donald (Keri) Householder, all of Bellefontaine, and Randy (Natalie) Householder, Columbus; three brothers, Ronald (Vickie) Householder, Gahanna, Terry (Sue) Householder, McCartyville, and Tom Householder, St. Marys; and six grandchildren.
He worked for Dayton Walther/Arvin Meritor for 43 years as a vehicle test supervisor. He was a member of the Catholic church and the Knights of Columbus, Bellefontaine.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Bellefontaine, the Rev. Patrick Sheridan officiating. Burial is at Fairview Cemetery, West Liberty.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Eichholtz Funeral Home, Bellefontaine, where a prayer service will begin at 5:45 p.m., led by the K of C.
