* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Karma Van Schoyck
Karma W. Van Schoyck, 92, 04373 Ohio 197, Celina, died at 8:45 p.m. Dec. 22, 2009, at her residence.
She was born Jan. 11, 1917, in Grover Hill, to George and Hattie Davis Wyatt. On Dec. 1, 1967, she married William Van Schoyck Jr., who survives.
Other survivors are three daughters, Marlene (Ian) Halliday, Auburn, Ind., Joette (Charles) Hoenie, and Diana Hagen, all of Celina; 13 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, three stepgrandchildren, four stepgreat-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson.
Deceased are a daughter, Sandra Coffelt; a brother Glessner M. Wyatt; a sister, Gertha Ames; a grandson, and a great-granddaughter.
She retired from the former Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, St. Marys, where she had worked in the cafeteria and later Dept. 274E in inspection and finishing. She was a 1934 graduate of Grover Hill High School.
Services are 2 p.m. Saturday at Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is one hour prior to service Saturday at the funeral home.
