* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Sharon A. Tobe
Sharon A. Tobe, 46, 2632 Fort Recovery-Minster Road, Fort Recovery, died of natural causes at 10:54 p.m. Dec. 22, 2009, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born June 12, 1963, in Coldwater, to Vincent and Mary Eyink Gruss, who both survive in Coldwater. On Nov. 13, 1987, she married Philip Tobe, who survives.
Also surviving is a son, Matthew Tobe at home; five daughters, Melissa, Alison, Erica, Kendra and Samantha Tobe, all at home; a sister, Kathy (Randy) Homan, Coldwater; four brothers, Mike (Kathy) Gruss and Mark (Anne) Gruss, all of Coldwater, Gary Gruss, Powell, and Bill (Bec), Chagrin Falls.
Deceased are a mother and father-in-law, Herbert and Rose Mary Tobe.
A nurse manager in the emergency room at Jay County Hospital, Portland, Ind., she was a graduate of Coldwater High School and Wright State University School of Nursing, Dayton. She was a member of St. Wendelin Catholic Church and its Altar Sodality.
Funeral Mass is 2 p.m. Monday at Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery, the Rev. Thomas Hemm officiating. Burial is at St. Wendelin Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Sunday and 1-1:45 p.m. Monday at the Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery.
Arrangements are entrusted to Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
Contributions can be made to the Sharon Tobe Memorial Fund in care of the Fort Recovery Community Foundation.
