* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary Ann Klosterman

Mary Ann Klosterman, 87, 1899 Flaler Road, Fort Recovery, died at 8:12 p.m. Dec. 22, 2009, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.

She was born June 1, 1922, in Cassella to August and Anna Lennartz Link. On June 28, 1947, she married Wilfred "Willie" Klosterman, who died July 19, 1997.

Surviving are four daughters, Donna Jean Shawd, Columbus, Paula (Steve) King, Powell, Deb Bergman, Westerville, Kristine (Jerry) Meiring, Lewis Center; two sons, Donald (Sue) Klosterman, Celina, Dale Klosterman, Fort Recovery; a sister, Victoria Link, Celina; a brother, Gustive (Betty) Link, Fort Recovery; five sisters-in-law, Catherine Link, Coldwater, Anne Link, Sidney, and Erma Klosterman, Ruth Klosterman and Rita (Harry) Patrie, all of Celina.

Deceased are a son, Robert; and six brothers, Leonard, Meinrad, August, Roman, George and Edward Link.

She was a member of Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church and its Altar-Rosary Sodality, Fort Recovery.

Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Dorn officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Cemetery, Fort Recovery.

Calling is 1-6 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Brockman- Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
