* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Charline Hickerson

Charline A. Hickerson, 74, 5987 Miller Road, Russia, died at 6:45 a.m. Dec. 21, 2009, at Dorothy Love Retirement Community, Sidney.

She was born Feb. 26, 1935, in Coldwater to Bernard and Rosina Huber Rosenbeck. On Aug. 29, 1935, she married Morris Hickerson Sr., who died Dec. 25, 1997.

Surviving are 13 children, Constance (David) Forsythe, Piqua, Catherine (Richard) Hagens, Anna, James (Patricia) Hickerson, Fort Loramie, Morris (Marcia) Hickerson, Anna, Timothy Hickerson and Cynthia (John) Wright, all of Minster, Jerry (Suzie) Hickerson, Houston, Edward (Yvonne) Hickerson, Margaret (Joel) Rickey, and Melinda (David) Kaeck, and Daniel Hickerson, all of Sidney, Robert Hickerson, Russia, and Andrew (Wendy) Hickerson, Yorkshire; 23 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.

Deceased is a son, Archie Hickerson.

She was a homemaker and a former member of St. Michael Catholic Church, Fort Loramie.

Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Russia, the Rev. Steven Shoup officiating.

Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday and 9:30 a.m. until time of services Monday at the funeral home.

Memorials can be made to Fair Haven Adult Daycare and the Passport program.
