* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Simion Androne
Simion "Sam" Androne, 80, 141 Watkins Road, Fort Recovery, died at 2:50 a.m. Dec. 22, 2009, at his residence.
He was born Aug. 21, 1929, in Transalvania, Romania. On May 3, 1964, he married Helen Muhlenkamp, who survives.
Other survivors are four sons, Sam R., Michael, Bill and John Androne, all of Fort Recovery; two daughters, Rosemary (Steve) Mestemaker, Rossburg, and Pam (Randy) Sanders, Fort Recovery; and 12 grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, John, Nick and Pete; and three sisters, Mary and Ann Dikoff and Georgia Androne.
He was a chef and a member of the Word of Evangelist Church, Union City.
Services are 2 p.m. Saturday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, the Rev. George Hughes officiating. Burial is at Spring Hill Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is noon until time of services Saturday at the funeral home.
