* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Barbara Coats
Barbara Jean Coats, 75, 3356 Celina Road, St. Marys, died at 5:05 a.m. Dec. 22, 2009, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born Aug. 21, 1934, in St. Marys to Willis and Esther Snyder Cowhick. On July 13, 1950, she married Irvin L. "Whitey" Coats, who died July 11, 1999.
Surviving are two sons, Larry J. Coats and Irvin F. (Cindy) Coats, both of St. Marys; two daughters, Linda (Richard) Wessel, New Knoxville, and Janet Humphreys, Kingston, Ill.; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren
Deceased is a sister, Patricia Hagerty.
She was a homemaker and worked at Adolph's Restaurant, New Knoxville. She was a member of First Baptist Church, St. Marys, and the Fraternal Order of Eagles Lodge, Wapakoneta.
Services are 1:30 p.m. Saturday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Mark Foor officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
