* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Willis Felver
Willis "LeRoy" Felver, 89, of Piqua, died at 5:55 a.m. Nov. 28, 2009, at Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy.
He was born Jan. 10, 1920, in Celina to Willis and Ola Walls Felver. On Dec. 28, 1946, he married Polly A Keeler, who survives.
Other survivors are a son, Terry L. Felver, Piqua; a daughter, Linda (Donald) Shoenleben, Bradford; a sister-in-law, Alberta "Bertie" Felver, Piqua; five grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Deceased are a son, James Michael Felver; and a brother, Ora Felver.
He worked at the former Champion Paper Company in Piqua for 20 years before retiring in 1978 and was a member of the Piqua Church of the Nazarene. He was a veteran of he U.S. Army during World War II.
Services are 1 p.m. Wednesday at Melcher-Sowers Funeral Home, Piqua, the Rev. Lincoln Robinson officiating. Burial is at Miami Memorial Park, Covington, with full military honors conducted by the Veterans Elite Tribute Squad.
Calling is 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at funeral home.
