* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Dieringer
Robert L. "Bob" Dieringer, 74, of Versailles died at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 28, 2009, at the Versailles Health Care Center.
He was born on Feb. 2, 1935, in Celina to Glenn David Dieringer and Elizabeth Ann Davis Varady. On Aug. 9, 1957, he married Patricia Bidwell, who survives.
Other survivors are four sons, Tracy Dieringer, Coppell, Texas, Craig (Sue) Dieringer, Albion, Mich., Marc (Karla) Dieringer, Versailles, and Scott (Dana) Dieringer, Sidney; a sister and brother-in-law, Patricia (Steve) Gard, Dayton; a sister-in-law, Zita Bidwell, St. Marys; and ten grandchildren.
He worked in the banking business for 40 years, including the Peoples National Bank in Versailles for 17 years and the Arcanum National Bank. He retired from the Greenville National Bank. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin's Graduate School of Banking. He was past Master of the Versailles Masonic Lodge Free and Accepted Masons and Scottish Rite-Valley and the Antioch Shrine, both of Dayton, past president and director of the Community Bankers Association of Ohio, past president of the Darke County Bankers Association, member of Board of Directors of the Darke County Mental Health Board, and past President of the Versailles Development Association. He was member of the St. James Episcopal Church, Piqua.
Services are 2 p.m. Wednesday, at St. James Episcopal Church, Piqua, the Rev. Rob Baldwin officiating. Burial is at the Greenlawn Cemetery, Versailles.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday at Bailey Zechar Funeral Home, Versailles. A Masonic Memorial Service will be conducted by the Versailles Masonic Lodge on Tuesday at 7:45 PM at the funeral home.
