* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Leigha Wieman
Leigha Nicole Wieman, 26, of 1125 Teaberry Lane, Celina, died at 4:18 a.m. July 14, 2009, at her residence. Death was due to leukemia.
She was born Dec. 8, 1982, in Van Wert to Ralph and Olga Weck Wieman. Her mother and stepfather Richard Kipp survive in Defiance and her father survives in Van Wert.
Other survivors are a sister, Brianda Wieman (Keith) Earle, Churubusco, Ind.; a half-sister, Trina (Matt) Langdon, Van Wert; a half-brother, Michael (Linnie) Bradfield, Naples, Fla. a stepbrother, Shawn Kipp, Oakwood; and a grandfather, Donald Weck, Van Wert.
Deceased is a grandmother, Lou Ella (Speck) Weck, and grandparents, Ralph and Betty Smith Wieman.
She was employed at Coldwater High School as the band and choir assistant and cheerleading coach. She worked part-time at C.J. Highmarks Restaurant, Celina. She was an accomplished piano player and attended the Jennings Road Church of Christ, Van Wert. She was a Van Wert 4-H member and a 2001 graduate of Parkway High School, where she was in pep band and cheerleading. She coached Parkway cheerleading from 2005-2008.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at the Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. David Ray officiating. Burial is at Woodlawn Cemetery, Ohio City.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
