* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary Piper
Mary Piper, 81, 8111 U.S. Route 33, Celina, died at 10:45 p.m. July 13, 2009, at her residence.
She was born Dec. 1, 1927, in Mercer County to O.V. "Bud" and Mollie Sherer Cisco. On Sept. 18, 1945, she married Dana Piper, who survives.
Other survivors are four sons, Dennis (Vicki) Piper, James (Carol) Piper, Jerry (Linda) Piper and Andy (Deb) Piper, all of Celina; a daughter, Charlene (Rick) Brooks, Celina; a brother, Robert (Elnora) Cisco, St. Marys; two sisters-in-law, Mary Opal Cisco, Lima, and Ta Cisco, Celina; 12 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Deceased are six brothers, Forrest, Veryl, James, Ray, Barnie and William Cisco; and a sister, Ruth Tinnerman.
She retired from Celina City Schools cafeteria where she had worked for 20 years. She attended Neptune Church of God.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Tim Clutter officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
