* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Naomi Robbins
Naomi Robbins, 69, 8149 Wabash Road, Celina, died at 3:40 a.m. July 14, 2009, at her residence.
She was born Oct. 27, 1939, in West Newton to Scott and Martha Zimmerman Hover. On May 7, 1977, she married John W. Robbins who survives.
Other survivors are a son, Dwayne (Kimberly) Beal, Lebanon; a brother, Lavern (Sue) Hover, Lima; a sister, Glenna May (Dale) Kriewald, Florence, Ariz.; and five grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Teresa Beal; and an infant brother, Charles.
She had worked in Human Resources at BlueCross BlueShield in Lima for 18 years and then at the Logan Street Branch of The People Bank Co., Celina, until retirement in 2002.
She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Liberty Township and its Women's Fellowship. She graduated in 1957 from Harrod High School and in 1958 from Northwestern Business College, Lima.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Catherine Costello officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina and one hour prior to service Saturday at the church.
