* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Jettie Lovelace
Jettie Eversole Lovelace, 82, 405 East St., Rockford, died at 2 p.m. June 1, 2009, at her residence.
She was born July 23, 1926, in Hazard, Ky. to Adam and America Stidham Eversole. On Jan. 2, 1942, she married Emery Lovelace, who died May 1, 1989.
Surviving are two sons, Edwin Lovelace and Hal (Sue) Lovelace, all of Celina; three daughters, Paulette (Ron) Ottomeier, Rockford, Mary Lee (Terry) Canary, Celina, and Tammy (Marvin) Meyer, Celina; a brother, Zenus (Betty) Eversole, Brookville, Fla.; 13 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, Virgil, Paul and Hurstel Eversole; a sister, Edith McKenzie; a son-in-law, Dick Stephens; and a grandson.
She was a homemaker and a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Matt Jones officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
