* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Sylvia Robinson
Sylvia D. Robinson, 65, of Delta, died at 11:27 p.m. May 12, 2009. Death was due to cancer.
She was born Oct. 3, 1943, in Wapakoneta to Frederick Billger and Helen Roush Billger. Her husband of 32 years, Jerry Robinson survives.
Other survivors are a daughter, Jamie (Jim) Flogaus, Delta; a brother, Rick (Rita) Frey, Cincinnati; two sisters, Janet (Don) Ake and Kathy (Lynn) Bowen, both of St. Marys; a sister-in-law, Connie Frey, Celina; and two grandchildren.
Deseased are a step-father, Woodrow Frey; a son, Jody Hagaman; and brothers, Frederick Billger and Gary Frey.
She was a secretary for the Toledo Blade for 34 years before her retirement. She was a member of the Delta Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary, the Wauseon Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary and the Delta American Legion Auxiliary. She was a 1961 graduate of St Mary's Memorial High School.
Services are 10 a.m. Saturday at the Barnes Funeral Chapel, Delta, the Rev. James Robinson officiating. Burial is at Greenlawn Cemetery, Delta.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday, with an FOE service at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
