* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ludell West
Ludell Jane West, 86, died at 9:25 a.m. Nov. 25, 2008, at Otterbein Nursing Home, Cridersville.
She was born Dec. 1, 1921, in Noble Township, Auglaize County to Herbert E. and Helen Jane Asper Wale. On Dec. 16, 1944, she married Lisle C. West, who died Feb. 8, 1978.
Surviving are three daughters, Marguerite (Ed) Wallen and Rosalind (David) Moon, both of Wapakoneta; and Jeannette (Herman) Olberding, Minster; a sister, Virginia Lee (Marvin) Koeper, St. Marys; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Gregory, three brothers, Howard John, Herbert, and Harold Wale; and two sisters, Betty Deininger and Mary Helen Wale.
She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, St. Marys, the St. Marys Garden Club and the Women's Relief Corp., and was a Girl Scout Leader and a Red Cross volunteer.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Cisco Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Ed Wallen officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 3-7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to St. Rita's Hospice or the donor's favorite charity.
