* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Vera England
Former Circleville resident Vera England, 91, Celina, died at 5:15 p.m. Nov. 24, 2008, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born March 23, 1917, in Elkhart, Ind., to Horas and Wava (Parker) Walter. On Sept. 30, 1933, she married Willard England, who died in 2000.
Surviving are three children, Barbara (Paul) Brown of Celina, Carol (Ronald) Bartoe, Hilliard, and Ralph (Carol) of Tennessee; nine grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
She and her husband farmed for 50 years near Circleville and she worked for Dr. Steven Drew for 15 years. She was a member of the Pickaway County Gideons International, and the Morris Chapel United Methodist Church which became the Living by Faith Church, Circleville.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Burial will be in Hitler-Ludwig Cemetery, Circleville.
Calling is 5:30 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
