* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Eloise Horner
Former Ravenna resident Eloise H. Horner, 95, 220 N. Front St., St. Marys, died Nov. 24, 2008, at her residence.
She was born May 27, 1913, in Ravenna to William and Mabel Dewey Marks. On Dec. 9, 1932, she married Walter Seigle Horner, who died in April, 1983.
Surviving are a son, Walter Seigle Horner Jr., St. Marys; a daughter, Dixie Horner Ullman, Dayton; a brother-in-law, Webster Horner, Seville; a sister-in-law, Louise Marks, Ravenna; and two grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, Harry, Glenn and Kenneth Marks; and two sisters, Ruth Marks Postlethwaite and Ona Piotrowski.
She worked at the woolen mill in Ravenna and the former Black and Decker. She served as cashier at Shalersville Elementary School for many years. She was a Shalersville Township Trustee, and a former member of the Shalersville United Methodist Church, where she served as benevolence treasurer. She also had served as a delegate at the United Methodist Church Conference at Lakeside, and was a member of the Shalersville Booster Club. She attended Kent State Normal College.
Services are 2 p.m. Monday at Short's Funeral Home, Ravenna, the Rev. Vernon White officiating. Burial is at Riverside Cemetery near Shalersville.
Calling is 2-4 p.m. Friday at the Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, and one hour prior to service Monday at Short's in Ravenna.
