* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Kenneth Wolfe
Kenneth Richard Wolfe, 86, 910 Rosewood Drive, Celina, died at 9:10 a.m., Nov. 10, 2008, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born June 25, 1922, in New London, to Joseph "Guy" and Elsie Pond Wolfe. On Nov. 22, 1941, he married Margy Brinkman, who survives.
Other survivors are a son, Daniel Lee (Jane), Fairborn; a daughter, Cheryl (Paul) Waldron, Cincinnati; a brother, Robert (Myrna), Neptune; a sister-in-law, Ellen, Celina; and three grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Garold.
He owned and operated Wolfe's Appliance and Scale Gas Store on Wayne Street in Celina until 1961, worked for Great Plaines Gas Company of Ohio and retired in 1990 from Jackson National Life Insurance Company, Lansing, Mich., where he worked as an insurance agent. He attended Living Hope Assembly of God, St. Marys, and was a 1940 graduate of the former Neptune Center Township High School.
Services are 11 a.m. Thursday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Charles Hedges officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Wednesday and one hour prior to service on Thursday at the funeral home.
