* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Celina counselors gave tentative approval to a land swap package Monday they believe will allow the city to create safer access to Pullman Bay Park.
The vote moved two proposed ordinances from first to second reading, following questioning by council members. Ultimately both passed six to one. Councilman Ed Jefferies was the lone dissenter on both proposals. [More]

Residential property owners will see an additional $2 on their city utility bills beginning Jan. 1, 2009.
