* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Schrolucke
Robert F. Schrolucke, 83, New Knoxville, died at 11:42 a.m. Sept. 10, 2008, at the Gardens at Celina.
He was born Jan. 11, 1925, near New Knoxville to William and Mary Henschen Schrolucke. On Aug. 17, 1947, he married Shirley Weinberg, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Jack (Sarah) and Gary (Deb), all of New Knoxville; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Vernon and Don; and a great-grandson.
He was a retired salesman and farmer, a member of the American Legion, New Knoxville, the Fraternal Order of Eagles, St. Marys, the New Knoxville Historical Society and the First United Church of Christ, New Knoxville, where he served as a Deacon and Sunday school teacher. He was a veteran of the U.S. Merchant Marine serving in World War II.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Very Rev. David Williams officiating. His body has been donated to the Ohio State University College of Medicine and after medical studies have been completed, the body will be cremated and the cremains will be buried in Pilger Ruhe Cemetery, New Knoxville.
Calling is 9-11 a.m. Saturday at the church.
Contributions can be made to the Radio Broadcast Fund of the church.
