* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Kenneth Fischer
Kenneth A. Fischer, 68, 118 Charles St., Celina, died Sept. 9, 2008, at his residence.
He was born Jan. 28,1940, in Dayton, to Charles R. and Margaret A. Clegg Fischer.
Surviving are a brother, Robert, Fairborn; and four sisters, Patricia Dilworth, Huber Heights, Carol (Virgil) Downing, Kettering, Mary Troilo of Florida, and Linda (Mike) Wallace, Celina.
Deceased are three brothers, Charles, James and Louis.
He retired from Dayton Tire and Rubber and graduated from the former Patterson Co-Op High School, Dayton.
Services are 2 p.m. Friday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina. Burial is at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
