* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Leland Shelby
Leland H. "Bill" Shelby, 87, 306 Columbia Street, St. Marys, died at 12:17 p.m. Aug. 8, 2008 at Valley Nursing Home, St. Marys.
He was born July 7, 1921 in St. Marys to Leonard and Margaret Kohler Shelby. On Sept. 6, 1941, he married Marjorie Wright, who survives at the residence.
Other survivors are four sons, Jerry (Rita), Salisbury, N.C., Larry (Ronda), St. Marys, Lynn (Brenda), Roseburg, Ore., and William (Barbara), Sunbury; 10 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two sisters, Evelyn and Julia Schwarch.
He had been a St. Marys police officer and co-founder of the St. Marys Junior Riffle club, where he taught marksmanship and firearms handling. He was also a truck driver for St. Marys Trucking company and did maintenance work for St. Marys City School.
He was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, St. Marys.  He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, St. Marys, Teamsters Local 908, Lima, Western Ohio Fish and Game Club, and The National Rifle Association.
Services are 3 p.m. Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Jim Nuhfer officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery.
Calling is 1-3 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
