* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Esther Martin
Esther Grace Martin, 87, 203 E. Oak St., Celina, died March 23, 2008, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born Sept. 29, 1920, in Mendon, to Frank and Clara Tigner Griggs. Her first husband of 30 years, Cail Reedy, is deceased. On June 6, 1969, she married Walter Martin, who died June 11, 1983.
Survivors are a son, Dennis Reedy, St. Marys; three daughters, Judy Krugh and Linda (Donald) Hays, all of Rockford, and Ronda Winget, Pennville, Ind.; 25 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two sons, Fred and Billy Reedy; a daughter, Bonnie Carroll; a brother, Lawrence Griggs; and six sisters, Lily Brown, Opal Protsman, Ruth Fry, Mary Kable, Gladys Stultz and Marie Burch.
She was a homemaker, a member of Abounding Grace Church, Celina, and the Golden Heirs of the church.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Rick Brosher officiating. Burial is at Mercer Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
