* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Maxine Hamrick
Maxine Annabelle Hamrick, 86, of Willshire, died at 12:33 p.m. March 21, 2008, at her residence.
She was born Feb. 16, 1922, in Huntington County, Ind., to Guy H. Sr. and Dessie Marie Waters Bonner. On Dec. 24, 1941, she married Forrest L. Hamrick, who died in 1983.
Survivors are a son, Marvin, Willshire; four daughters, Shirley Fuhrmann, Ossian, Ind., Barbara (Gary) Weck, Ohio City, Janet (William Jr.) Hunter, Van Wert, and Crystal (Steve) Sheets, Rockford; four brothers, Carl (Imogene) Bonner, Leonard (Jean Ann) Bonner, and Paul (Sandy) Bonner, all of Huntington, Ind., and Guy (Phyllis) Bonner Jr., Markle, Ind.; two sisters, Eileen (Jerry) Lyon, Findlay, and Alma Jean (Richard) Culver, Wabash, Ind.; 18 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, F. Eugene; a daughter, Sarah Marie; two brothers, Emmett and Loyal Bonner; two sisters Charlotte Kizer and Tenna Mae Bonner; an infant sibling; and a son-in-law, Vernon Fuhrmann.  
She was a homemaker and a dairy and grain farmer. She was a member of Union United Methodist Church in Willshire, where she served as a Sunday school teacher, and was a 4-H advisor for more than 25 years.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur, Ind., the Revs. Mark Rutledge and Cindy Lumm officiating. Burial is at Willshire Cemetery.
Calling is 1-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
