* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Richard Krauss
Richard "Rick" Krauss, 43, of 112 S. Wood Street, Wapakoneta, died at 9:27 p.m. March 8, 2008, in the emergency department of Joint Township Memorial Hospital, St. Marys. Death was due to an apparent heart attack.
He was born Dec. 14, 1964, in Lima to Richard and Florence Krauss. On Sept. 1, 2001, he married Lela M. Beard, who survives.  
Other survivors are two sons, Jeremiah (Kelly) Beard, Wapakoneta, and Jason Beard, Muncie, Ind.; a sister, Jackie Looney, Knoxville, Tenn.; his mother-in-law, Bonnie Beard, Muncie, Ind.; three brothers-in-law; one sister-in-law; and two grandchildren.
He worked at Midwest Elastomers in Wapakoneta for more than 20 years and was a 1983 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School.
Services are 2 p.m. Thursday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys. Burial is at a later date.
Calling is 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
