* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robert Stueve
Robert A. Stueve, 73, 171 N. Garfield St., Minster, died at 10 a.m. Jan. 2, 2008, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born Aug. 23, 1934, in Minster, to Joseph and Elenora Dwenger Stueve. On Sept. 18, 1965, he married Mary C. Riethman, who survives.
Also surviving are a brother, Bernard (JoAnn), Minster; three sisters, Mary Ellen (Richard) Fortman, Minster, Rosann (Stan) Quellhorst, New Bremen, and Margie (Tom) Schwieterman, Burkettsville; and a mother-in-law, Dorothy Riethman, Minster.
He retired from the customer service department of Minster Machine Co. after 34 years and previously worked at Westerheide Motor Sales, Minster, Werling Motor Sales, Coldwater, and on the family farm. After retirement, he worked at Machine Concepts, Baumer Construction and Heyne Construction, all of Minster. He was a member of the Minster Machine 25-year Club and its Limited Addition Club, and the Fraternal Order of Eagles 139, American Legion and St. Augustine Catholic Church, all of Minster. A U.S. Army veteran serving in Japan, he also was a member of the Cataract Fire Co., Minster, and a founding member and past president of the Fort Loramie Racing Club.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery with full military honors by the Minster Firing Squad.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Sunday and 9-9:30 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
