* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Clifford Mayes
Clifford Mayes, 72, 539 N. Cherry St., Celina, died Jan. 1, 2008, at St. Joseph Hospital, Fort Wayne, Ind.
He was born Jan. 14, 1935, in Middleboro, Ky., to George "Dock" and Bobbie Marsee Mayes. On Oct. 15, 1955, he married Betty Ayers, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Clifford L. (Debbie), Delphos; two daughters, Linda (Dale) Wilson, New Haven, Ind., and Debbie (Everett) Stedham, Van Wert; two brothers, Joe (Sharon), Celina, and George Harvey (Jean) Mays, Fort Wayne; two sisters, Otsie (Charles) Wilcox, Mount Vernon, Ill., and Evelyn Dennis, St. Marys; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Richard Troy and Thomas Sterling.
He retired from Goodrich of Woodburn, Ind. A U.S. veteran of the Marine Corps, he was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars, Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Robert Ellis officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
