* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Elizabeth Justinger
Elizabeth M. Justinger, 94, of Defiance, died at 5:15 p.m. Dec. 29, 2007, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born Sept. 14, 1913, in Paulding, to Harlow and Bertha Flint Traylor. In 1937, she married Ralph M. Justinger, who died in 1961.
Surviving are a son, James (Anne), Coldwater, Mich.; two daughters, Diane (Alan) Bauer, Defiance, and Mary (David) Puthoff, St. Marys; 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Robert; and two sisters, Helen Harrow and Lucille Traylor.
She was a bookkeeper for Borden's and worked at Maumee Valley Vending. She was a member of St. John's Catholic Church, Defiance, and its Altar and Rosary Society, 55 Club and the Catholic Ladies of Columbia.
Funeral Mass is 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Alan Fillman officiating. Burial is at Riverside Cemetery, Defiance.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday at Mast-Mock-Hoffman-Hanenkrath-Clevenger-Schaffer Funeral Home, Defiance. A vigil service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
