* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Paul Sutton
Paul E. Sutton, 73, 1305 E. Livingston St., Celina, died at 11:10 p.m. June 2, 2007, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born March 2, 1934, in Ohio City, to Gerald E. and Edith A. Boroff Sutton.
Surviving are a companion, Deanna Harter; a son, Mark (Cathy), Mahomet, Ill.; two daughters, Paula (Steve) Wieberg, Lawson, Mo., and Lori, Faber, Mo.; two brothers, Jim (Helen), Rome, N.Y., and Ray, Van Wert; four sisters, Alice (Larry) Krick, Celina, Ethel (Dick) Fackler, Fort Wayne, Ind., Sylvia (Gary) Miller, Tipp City, and Carol Mosier, Van Wert; and eight grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Steve; a brother, Ned; and an infant sister, Martha.
He retired as an insurance agent from The Prudential Insurance Company, and after retirement he was associated with Bruns, Gant & Toms Insurance Agency, Celina. He was a 1952 graduate of Mendon-Union High School, was a member of Grace Missionary Church, Celina, where he taught Sunday School for many years, and also was a member of National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, Celina Moose Lodge #1473 and Civil War Enthusiasts Club.
Services are 2 p.m. Wednesday at the church, the Revs. Mike Spencer and Eric Muhlenkamp officiating. Burial is at the Mendon Cemetery.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, and 1-2 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
Contributions can be made to the church or The Cancer Association of Mercer County.
