* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rebecca Ann McMahon
Rebecca Ann McMahon, 42, of Elkhart, Ind., died at 8:43 a.m. Nov. 22, 2006, at the emergency room of Elkhart General Hospital. Cause of death is pending.
She was born April 15, 1964, in Celina, to James E. and Juanita Samaniego Thomas. Her mother Juanita Lopez survives in Celina, and her stepmother, Barb Thomas survives in Celina. On Aug. 12, 1998, she married Paul F. McMahon Jr, who survives.
Also surviving are four brothers, James A. (Kathy) and Michael D. Thomas, all of Accokeek, Md., Patrick C. (Debbie) Thomas, Athens, and Jon P. (Rebecca) Thomas, Wadsworth; and four sisters, Pamela Sue (Mike) Carr, Tina J. (Roy) Lickleig, Mary E. (Matt) Fortkamp and Deliha J. Kremer, all of Celina.
Deceased are three sisters, Geraldine Thomas, Roxanne Thomas and Michelle Thomas Berry.
She worked in the bakery of Martin's Supermarkets for many years.
Services are 1 p.m. Tuesday at Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home, Elkhart, Ind., the Rev. Bill Sullivan officiating. Cremation will take place. Local services will be held at a later date.
Calling is after 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
