* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marcia Brown
Marcia Joyce Brown age 89, originally from Lima passed away at 8:11 p.m. at Otterbein Monclova.
She was born July 20, 1934 in Lima to the late Benjamin Leroy and
Lucille (Combs) Burden. She married George Tompkins Brown Sr. June 10, 1961 and he, and their daughter Jeanne Lantz of Maumee preceded her in death.
Marcia was a member of the Sunshine Singers of Celina and painted monthly theme posters for the group and had been a volunteer with Northwestern Ohio Development Center, and a Sunday School Teacher. She had worked as a switchboard operator for Lima Bell. She loved Singing, Dogs, Painting, Fishing, Garage Sales, Fixing Things, Throwing Fun Birthday parties and Holiday Decorating for the kids, and seemed to always have a kind smile and gifts for family and friends ready when they visited.
Survivors include 3 children: George (Sheri) Brown of Haskins, Ray (Angie) Brown of Toledo, and Julie Brown of Toledo; 9 grandchildren: Casey, Alex, Rylee, Ray, Tommy, Christina, Jason, Ronnie and Jessica and her sister Janet Hagerman of Celina and a son-in-law Jeff Lantz of Maumee.
She was preceded in death by 9 siblings Bea Cattell, Lillian Hughes, Hazel Beldon, Richard Burden, Robert Burden, Joseph Burden, Roger Burden, Mary Davis, and Jerry Burden.
The family will receive friends from 11 to 1 p.m. Friday at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville.
The funeral service will be at 1:00 with Charlotte Hefner officiating and burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima.
Memorial contributions may be given to The Alzheimer's Association.
