* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

James Brown
James Edward Brown, 29, died 5:45 p.m. Friday August 4, 2023 at OSU East Hospital in Columbus, OH.
He was born February 18, 1994 in Dayton, OH.
Survivors include: mother Trina Angus of St. Marys, OH; father and step-mother James (Kathy) Brown of Lima, OH; aunts: Connie (Bob) Schafer of Columbus, OH; Holly (John) Porter of Worthington, OPH; Karen Brown of Wapakoneta, OH; uncles: Howard "Jay" (Raven) Dunlap of Newark, OH; Jimmy Brown of New Jersey many cousins and trusted caregivers.
Preceded in death by: paternal grandparents Jim and Wanda Brown; maternal grandparents Charles and Kathy Angus; uncle Todd Angus.
James participated in Benchmark Human Services Day Service in St. Marys and was a member of People First of Auglaize Co.
He currently resided at Heritage Manor ICF Unit in Minster, OH.
James was passionate about unique telephones and had accumulated a huge collection of them over the years. He loved animals of all types (especially, cats and dogs). "The Lion King" was his favorite movie.
James was a laid-back, kind, loving, funny, amazing and sensitive fellow who enjoyed making people laugh.
He will be dearly missed by those fortunate enough to have known him.
Rites are scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday August 8, 2023 at the Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West) in St. Marys.
Visitation 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
