* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Edward Griner
Edward "Ed" Griner, 71, of Rockford, Ohio passed away on April 10, 2023 at EverHeart Hospice Care Center in Greenville, Ohio.
He was born on February 08, 1952, in Lima, Ohio to the late Walter and Christena (Huston) Griner. On October 11, 1975 he married the former Ellen Shinabery who survives. Together, they shared years of memories.
In addition to his wife, also surviving are one daughter, Jenifer (Chad) Williams of Franklin Furnace, Ohio; and two sisters, Connie (Joseph) Tebbe and Mary (Pat) Browder, both of Celina, Ohio.
Ed was preceded in death by six siblings, Darlene Binkley, William Griner, Beverly Griner, Glenn Griner, Judy Francis, and Pat Walter.
Services will be held 11:00 am Friday, April 14, 2023 at Ketcham Ripley Funeral Home, 111 W. First Street, Rockford, Ohio 45882. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery, 3750 US-33, Rockford, Ohio 45882.
Family and friends will be received from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, April 13, 2023 at Ketcham Ripley Funeral Home, 111 W. First St., Rockford, Ohio 45882.
