Pat is survived by her daughters, Linda (Warren Stevenson) and Patty (Fred Lewis) and her daughter in law, Linda Stott. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 78 great grandchildren, and 27 great great grandchildren.
Pat lived in Ambrose, North Dakota for five years. Her mother was the telephone operator for the town and the office was in their home. Pat learned to count on the switchboard. Her father was a jeweler and watch repairman. In 1931 the family moved to Choteau, Montana. Pat met Ted in high school. Ted enlisted in the Air Force in 1943. They were married shortly after in Las Vegas. Ted left for basic training in Colorado and then was stationed in England. He was shot down twice over Germany and was a prisoner of war. During this time, Pat gave birth to their first child Linda, who was 17 months old, when Ted returned. After the war, Ted attended Montana State University, on the GI Bill. Two more children were born during college, Patty and George. After graduation, the family moved to New Holland, Pennsylvania for Ted's first job as an engineer. They moved to Celina, Ohio in 1952, where they lived until Ted's passing in 2013.
In 1991, Pat was baptized a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, after attending meetings for nearly fifty years. She and Ted were sealed in the Denver, Colorado Temple in 1993. Pat moved to Salt Lake City in 2013, where she lived with her daughter Linda and Linda's husband. During Pat's years in Salt Lake City, she visited with family throughout the country. In March 2022, Pat moved into Twin Oaks Memory Care Center. While there she was lovingly cared for by the wonderful staff and made many dear friends. Throughout her life, Pat was a friend to all she met. She had such a positive attitude and lifted all who knew her.
