Susan Jane Tomberlin, 87, of St. Marys Twp. (Villa Nova), OH died 7:00 a.m. Friday July 29, 2022.

She was born October 11, 1934 in Tipton, IN to Orlando M. and Mary Katherine (Richardson) Stephenson.

Survivors include: son Rick Tomberlin of Decatur, TX; 4 grandchildren: Precious Rowe, Ty Tomberlin, Chance Tomberlin, Amy Schmidt; 8 great-grandchildren: Dylan Meinerding, Ashtin Rowe, Nadia Rowe, Jillian Tomberlin, Roderick Tomberlin, Deacon Tomberlin, Gage Schmidt, Carter Schmidt; 3 great-great-grandchildren: Kadence Meinerding, Keadon Meinerding, Kyra Meinerding; Sister (and caregiver) Mary Lou Roby of St. Marys, OH; Daughter-in-law Terri Tomberlin of St. Marys, OH.

Preceded in death by: father Orlando Stephenson, mother Mary Ketherine Caldwell, husband Donald Tomberlin, son Randy Tomberlin, brother Ward Horner, brother John Horner, brother Dave Horner, sister Jan taylor, brother Billy Joe Stephenson, Sr.

She was a graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School (Class of 1952). She was a retired production employee for Superior Metals Corp.in Wapakoneta, OH. An avid reader, she also enjoyed traveling, cooking and sampling different varieties of jelly. "Jane" will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother, who embraced life and the experiences it has to offer. She is off on her next great adventure!
