* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Kevin Wagnild
Kevin Dean Wagnild, age 42, of Celina, Ohio, passed away on April 8, 2022 at Mercer Health in Coldwater, Ohio.
He was born January 11, 1980 in Sidney, Ohio. On October 30, 2004 he married Ashley B. (Hart) Wagnild and she survives at the residence in Celina.
Other survivors include his five children, Neppisee, Cavhan, Amelia, Fiona and James Wagnild, all of Celina; his mother, Theresa Vanhoose, Jackson Center, Ohio; his father, James Wagnild, Bellefontaine, Ohio; a brother, James (Mandy) Wagnild, Japan; and two sisters, Jennifer (Damien) Hudson, Quincy, Ohio and Tabitha Wagnild, Bell Center, Ohio.
Kevin was a 1998 graduate of Grahm High School in Saint Paris, Ohio. He worked as the operations manager at Bob's Cycle Repair in Houston, Ohio. Kevin was a hardworker who had a love music and attending concerts with his wife Ashley. He was devoted husband and father and will be deeply missed by all.
Memorial Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, April 15, 2022 at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina with Rev. Matt Overman officiating; where the family will receive friends form 11:00 am - 1:00 pm before the service.
