Mary Roeckner
Mary O. Roeckner, age 85, of Chickasaw, died on Monday, April 11, 2022 at Mercer County Joint Hospital Coldwater.
She was born January 28, 1937 in Celina to the late Albert & Martha (Schwieterman) Klosterman. On August 10, 1957, she married Gerald J. 'Jerry' Roeckner, and he preceded her in death on October 2, 2019.
She is also survived by children, Rick 'Rocky' & Sue Roeckner of Chickasaw, Tammy & Jack Langenkamp of North Star, Rolly & Sharon Roeckner of Maria Stein, and Randy & Terry Roeckner of Chickasaw. She had 11 grandchildren with 1 deceased; 28 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Wally & Irene Klosterman of Montezuma.
She is preceded in death by a grandson, Bradley Roeckner; and brothers, Othmar Klosterman and Sylvan Klosterman.
Mary was a member of Precious Blood Catholic Church, Chickasaw and the Ladies' Sodality of the church. She was a Marion Local Flyer Fan and enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at Precious Blood Church, Chickasaw. Burial will follow in Precious Blood Cemetery, Chickasaw. Friends may call on Tuesday, April 12, from 4 to 7 PM and on Wednesday from 9:00 to 10:00 AM at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
