* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Stephen Dale
Stephen P. Dale, age 69 of Celina passed away at 9:04 pm on March 9, 2022 at the Mercer Health Hospital in Coldwater.
He was born in Warsaw, Indiana on July 4, 1952 to the late Jesse & Irene (Shepherd) Dale.
He is survived by his children, Angie (Wayne) Wadsworth of Celina, Jeff (Kira) Dale of Fort Recovery, and Chris Dale of Celina; grandchildren, Stephanie, Julie & Matthew Wadsworth, Chloe Sutton, Wyatt Monnin, Liam Dale; sisters, Joyce Howell & Diana Ames; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Stephen was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Julie; parents, Jesse & Irene Dale; brothers, John & Terry Dale; sisters, Portia Barley & Sharon Dale; and brother-in-law, Dale Howell.
Stephen retired from Huffy Bicycle Corporation and as a self-employed flooring specialist and most recently was seen as a smiling face, working at Walmart in Celina. He was a member of the Hopewell Grange in Celina.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina.
Funeral services will take place at 10:30 am on Thursday, March 17, 2022 at Cisco Funeral Home with Pastor Keith Stuck officiating.
Family and friends may call one hour prior to the funeral service from 9:30 am to 10:30 am at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Swamp College Cemetery in Celina.
Memorials in Stephen's name may be made to the American Cancer Society.
