* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Larry Heinl
Anthony "Larry" Heinl age 80 of Minster, Ohio died at 12:58 PM on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at Briarwood Village, Coldwater, Ohio.
He was born on April 5, 1941, Minster, Ohio to the late Anthony & Edith (Wehrle) Heinl.
He is survived by a sister Barbara & Dennis Meyer, Minster and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers & sisters: Hilda & Irwin Morsey, Joan & Bob Heckman, Alice & Tom Kuehner, Charles & Rita Heinl, Mary Angela Heinl, Fr. David Heinl.
He was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, Minster American Legion Post #387 and Minster F.O.E. #1391. Larry served in the US Navy on the USS Richard E. Byrd and worked for TWA and Midmark. Larry was an Avid Minster Wildcat Fan.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 9:30 AM on Thursday, January 27, 2022 St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster. Burial with full military will take place in St. Augustine Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 8:30 to 9 AM on Thursday.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Minster Athletic Boosters.
