* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Kathleen Lininger
Kathleen A. Lininger, 67, of rural Celina (Neptune), OH died Friday November 12, 2021 at her residence.
She was born February 22, 1954 in St. Marys, OH to Leo E. and Anna L. (Bowersock) McElroy. On September 22, 1973 at the EUB Church in St. Marys, she married James A. Lininger, who died November 27, 2019.
Surviving are: son James A. (Michele) Lininger of Neptune, OH; son Danny (L. (Carolyn) Lininger of Woodsfield, OH; 7 amazing grandchildren: Isabelle, Chance, Colton, Keaton, Destiny, Kayla and Breanna; brother Terry (Rosemary) McElroy of St.Marys, OH; numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by: parents Leo E. and Anna McElroy; brothers Leo Wayne and Danny William McElroy; parents-in-law Fred and Ruth (Kohlreiser) Lininger.
She was a graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School (Class of 1972). Kathleen was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. Although she enjoyed cooking, sewing and genealogy, her true joy came from her grandchildren. She absolutely loved to hear the sound of the grandchildren's laughter.
Rites are scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m. on Friday November 19, 2021 at the Miller - Long & Folk Funeral Home (314 W. High Street) in St. Marys. The Rev. Bev Hurlburt will officiate the services.
Burial will follow at the Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.
Visitation 5 - 8 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
