* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Vivian Yewey
Vivian June (Coats) Yewey, age 88, of Wapakoneta, Ohio passed away on Sunday, November 14, 2021 at 7:57 am at Otterbein Cridersville Senior Life Community.
She was born June 18, 1933 in Celina to the late Dallas and Anna (Suhr) Coats. On August 1, 1952 she married Ted Yewey and he survives in Wapakoneta.
Other survivors include her children, Randall (Patricia) Yewey, Celina, Susan (Ken) Vendryes, Troy, Ohio, Gerald Yewey, New Hampsire and Kathryn (Jeff Pence) Lagasse, Tipp City, Ohio; eight grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
Vivian is also preceded in death by four sisters, Audra Miller, Helen Russell, Lucille Smith and Jane Frysinger.
She was a 1951 graduate of Celina Senior High and went on to receive her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Wright State University in Dayton. She retired from Elida City Schools after working for 30 years as a elementary teacher throughout several school districts in Ohio. Vivian was a member of Grand Lake United Methodist Church in Celina. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and will be deeply missed by all.
Private funeral services will be held at held at the convenience of the Yewey family. Burial will be at Hamilton Bethel Cemetery in Mendon, Ohio
