* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Pamela Helmlinger
Pamela Helmlinger, 67, of Saint Marys, died 7:40 P.M. Thursday, October 14, 2021, at Lima Memorial Hospital from COVID 19.
She was born April 24, 1954, in Ironton, Ohio, the daughter of George and Wanda (Sizemore) Blagg. She married Randy Helmlinger on April 19, 1970; he preceded her in death on May 11, 2006.
She is survived by her children: Melinda (Matthew) Taylor of Saint Marys; Michael (Ida) Helmlinger of Saint Marys; Matthew (Tisha) Helmlinger of Saint Marys; Melanie (Preston) Keith of Saint Marys; Mark Helmlinger of Saint Marys; Miranda (Danny) Thistlethwaite of Saint Marys.  She is survived by her grandchildren: Kami, Aaron, Joshua, Hannah, Jordan, Courtney, Caleb, Cathryn, Austin, Maci, Lauren, Emma, Uryia, Tyler, Logan and Josie; by her great-grandchildren: Kaeden, Kylee, Kolby, Kane, Vaeda, Emmett, Kolton, Kristian and one on the way, Taylor. She is also survived by her siblings: Yvonne (Nick) Houts of Montezuma; Terry (Lisa) Blagg of Fort Loramie; by a brother-in-law, Dennis Kitzmiller of Minster. She is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; by her children: Melissa Helmlinger and Margo Helmlinger; by her sister, Connie Kitzmiller; a nephew, Keith Powers.
Pam attended Minster High School and Edison State University. She retired from Benchmark Human Services in Saint Marys. She was a very active member of the Calvary Chapel Baptist Church in Minster, and she loved the Saint Marys Roughriders and Cleveland Browns.
Funeral rites will be held 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at the Calvary Chapel Baptist Church in Minster. Burial will follow at German Protestant Cemetery, New Bremen.
Friends may call from 4-8 P.M. Monday at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, and one hour prior to the funeral services on Tuesday at the church, where memorial gifts may be given to either Calvary Chapel or Lima Memorial Hospital, ICU.
