* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Jerry Braun

Jerry S. Braun, age 77, of Celina, Ohio, passed away at 1:10 am on Friday, October 15, 2021 at Vancrest Senior Living Center in St. Marys.

He was born December 17, 1943 in Celina to the late Sylvester and Mildred (Eblen) Braun. On March 10, 1964 he married AnnaLee (Monroe) Braun and she preceded him in death on November 23, 2015.

Survivors include his son, Dave (Marie) Braun, Celina; and two grandsons, Josh and Nathan Braun.

Also preceding him in death was a brother, John (Marilyn) Braun.

Jerry was a 1962 graduate of Celina Senior High School. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War era. He was self-employed and retired as a mechanic and farmer. He was a member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, Celina.

Visitation will take place on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Cisco Funeral Homes in Celina.

Funeral services will begin at 10:00 am on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina, with Rev. Robert Sweeney officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:00 am - 10:00 am prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery in Celina.
