* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

Kenneth Snell
Kenneth L. Snell, age 80 of Celina, passed away on Monday, September 20, 2021 at the Mercer County community Hospital in Coldwater.
He was born on July 26, 1941 to the late Frank and Edna (Kirkland) Snell in Dayton. His significant other Joanne Valentine survives in Celina.
He is also survived by his daughter Julie Bryant of Piqua, grandchild Jonathan Moore of Urbana, Brothers and sisters-in-law Robert (Darline) Snell of Dayton, Frank "Sherman" (Darlene) Snell of Dayton, Betty Jeffery of Dayton, and Donna Snell of Dayton.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his grandson Jeremy Moore, brothers Frank Jeffery, Paul Snell, Richard Snell, and his sister and brother-in-law Lorraine (Tank) Tankersly.
Kenneth proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps and was Honorably Discharged in 1960. He then was employed as a Police Officer for 23 years with the Miami Township-Dayton Police Department. After leaving the police department he became Brinks driver and a security guard. He was a member of the Grand Lake United Methodist Church in Montezuma.
Private family services will be held at a later date. Kenneth will be buried in Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. Kenneth's arrangements are in the care of the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
